Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of TanBoss™ ("the Tool"), a digital business dashboard provided by byNadiaBlanco® ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

TanBoss™ is operated by byNadiaBlanco®, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

2. What you're buying

TanBoss™ is a web-based software tool for spray tan and beauty professionals, providing booking tracking, inventory management, profit calculation and related business features. Access is sold as a one-time purchase of £57, which grants you a personal login to use the Tool.

Your purchase is for your own individual professional use. You may not share, resell, sublicense or distribute your login or access to others.

3. Your account

After payment, you create a password to set up your personal account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the price shown.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Because TanBoss™ is a digital product delivered instantly, the following applies:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not actively used the Tool (for example, by adding bookings, inventory or other data).
• By purchasing and logging in, you agree to receive immediate access to the Tool, and you acknowledge that once you have actively used it, your right to a refund no longer applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use TanBoss™ lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the Tool or its underlying systems, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.

7. Availability

We aim to keep TanBoss™ available and working reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Tool is provided "as is". We may update, improve or change features over time. From time to time the Tool may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

8. Your data

The information you enter into TanBoss™ belongs to you. We store it securely to provide the service and to sync it across your devices. For details of how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. We recommend you keep your own backups of important business information; while we take care to protect your data, we are not liable for loss of data outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

TanBoss™ is a tool to help you manage your business; it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own business decisions and records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Tool. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Tool after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
